Patil Centre of Excellence", Mumbai. The DYP Centre of Excellence which covers an area of 750000 Sft. provides high quality learning and living space for 3000 students in a flagship project executed by us. The entire ceiling and furniture for classrooms, library, cafeteria and auditoria etc. is made in "Natural Wood Veneer Finish". The five storied facade in light weight cast and extruded Aluminium around the building covers a perimeter length of 1 Km. The outdoor dome ceiling of 50000 sft provided at the terrace garden level on the fourth floor gives a floating effect to the building above.
